Hi - I ordered their PAYG SIM as I wasn't sure at the time if I wanted a bundle as I wanted to see what the signal was like where I live before committing. I now would like to apply the £15 one off package that gives you 100 mins and texts a month and 750MB each month without utilising your credit. If I get a voucher and top up can I then activate it by testing UKRWG1 to 669? The reason I ask is because their website has two plans with the same code UKRWG1. This £15 one which I want - but also a £2 a month one for the same plan - so I want to make sure that the right one is applied before I top it up and text the code. How do they know I want the £15 one-off plan as opposed to the £2 a month one if the code is exactly the same? I have e-mailed my question to them but thought I would see if anyone else knows the answer while I wait.

That link is for the £15 top up, specifically for the 750Mb deal (or 1.5Gb as it is during December), the option to include your RWG number adds it to your current SIM.gizz_10 said:

If you have a specific reason to want to use a voucher then that is the route. Otherwise it is a lot simpler to click on the £15 topup on the website and enter the phone number which came with your sim, assuming you haven't ported yet. DO NOT text the bundle code to try to activate it as people have found themselves being charged £2 per month.alanjones60 said:When i had the £15 bundle,i got a voucher top up,and e mailed them atsupport@rwgmobile.com,and they added it when i told them id topped up
Alternatively you could buy the voucher and ring customer service during office hours; How do I contact customer care?Dial 01633 415333 from your RWG Mobile to contact our customer service team based in South Wales. Opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pmYou can also email support@rwgmobile.wales for 24/7 support1 -
Doesn't look like this is available any more which is a shame. Maybe it will be made available again some time in the new year?0

I'm currently in Australia and cannot get access to any provider. My phone shows that roaming is on, but it will not connect. The providers here are Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. I have emailed RWG but all they suggested was to restart the phone or change to a different provider, none of which worked. Also, none of the short codes work either (not surprising as I'm not connected).
Is there anything else I can try?0 -

Is there anything else I can try?Not sure if this would apply to RWG but you can try it anyway, open the "SIM Tool Kit" app on your phone and see if there is any reference to Roaming / International. You might have to manually activate a roaming profile and do a network selection if it doesn't automatically connect to a network.Possibly something like this: SIM Tool Kit -> Roaming -> Select Mode -> Manual -> International

Couldn't find a sim toolkit on my Pixel 4a so installed one from the Play Store. Result was useless, as it showed virtually no information at all.0
