(If took bigger lump sum = 62.7K or 49.2%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

I think we tend to pay more in gas and electricity than all of the people down south for a few reasons ... Although I'm glad I dont live in Shetland or Orkney their bills must be through the roof
it's been an interesting day work wise ... I'm gonna deff have to get a solid number to work on for how many shifts I have left

It was heartening seeing the huge amount of insulation boards going into our attic conversion - like a giant deck of cards

I bet it was .... our loft is done, we need our space under the floor done, had a fair few people tell me I get it for free ... and have came out to measure etc .... they never come back3

What temp do you keep the thermostat el? We're 19 just now (well, when it's on). I wouldn't fancy much colder for the baby2
