thankfully it's been not too bad here beanie, how has it been up your way ?
Didnt get to sleep till nearly 1am today ahm knackered. Back to work though, I'm taking healthy food to work with me.
I think I have allergies, have thought this for a while but seem to be carrying on regardless until it happens again and I remember, was mummy sitting on Saturday, we had ice cream, sweets and some baileys so lots of milk based products. My breathing has been terrible since.
Went for a walk at a local country park yesterday and really struggled with my breathing, havnt been right since.
So milk based products are out for the foreseeable future just incase2 -
I very rarely eat cows milk products, El, and if I do there's often some sort of reaction. I'm lucky I can still eat sheep/goat products, but I get reactions even with them if I eat too much. Such a balancing act! It's why I fall back on cashew nuts cooked with my past as my protein, sometimes.
Hope the work goes well today.2023: the year I get to buy a car1 -
Hope you're feeling better El. I have sympathy with the car issues- we spent so much money over the years on Mr F's classic cars. Would Mr E agree to getting rid of the old car once established the new car is more reliable?I love audible too- listen to lots of books on my commute. The new Pratchett recordings are great, although I didn't really gel with some of the earlier ones. I also loved Rebecca (think it works better read aloud for some reason) and the Robert Galbraith books.
