Me too, I called my broker again this morning, he said he will chase but I’m not sure if it will do any good.

They are scrapping the stress test on affordability so no longer need to see if you can afford in increase in the interest t
rate being offered, so can only work in our favour I yhibk

I can’t think about anything else today, I’m really obsessing over this! Does anyone else feel the same. I hate it!

I’m not at the o sending stage yet as I know our application hasn’t even been looked at, we’ve got another 2 weeks at least. I’m sure you will have everything through soon, but I do agree this wait is unbearable. If we don’t get our offer I think we will lose the house and struggle to find another as we’ve been looking for 2 years and waiting on this plot since Xmas.

I'm the same. I was told I may hear next week and I'm dreading it will be a NO 🙄 I'm not sure would.there be any other option other than Kent Reliance for me

Hi Atena, I’m feeling exactly the same and I should hear this week. I just hope it’s a yes rather than a no or a request for more documents. I’m not sure how much more I can take!
