There was a difference on my husbands HMRC returns, my fault as I sent the wrong one so they asked for the correct one.

They asked for more bank statements and some clarification on some transactions.

i just hope that they don’t ask for anything else.

our MB is going to try and fast track it as we are 3 weeks behind our exchange date as we are going for a new build!

My replies don’t seem to be posting. Hopefully this will.

I haven’t heard anything, I would love to hear today before the weekend. I hope your MB manages to fast track yours.

I keep telling myself that it would be quicker and easier for them to say no and hoping it’s taking a long time for them to make sure they have all their boxes ticked.

so I just feel like saying- come on now- just offer so we can move on!

I’m on Day 4 now, my MB did ask the underwriter to look at it as quickly as she could.

When she first looked at it she said she was sympathetic to offering us a mortgage, not really sure if that’s good or bad. She did start working on my case on a Saturday so I do think they are trying to catch up.

What does it mean sympathetic towards offering a mortgage?

day 3 now and our MB was going to call them to say we need to know as our developer is going to pull out as we are delayed.

I have no idea, I think it means she will do her best to get it to offer!
