@Doorlock21 I'm going through mortgage application with them at the moment. Full application went in on Monday and I've just noticed they've done Experian search not Equifax. Is your credit history bad if you don't mind me asking? I settled my DMP 13 months ago

Mine went in on the 30/6 and see no searches yet?

@Doorlock21 Do you have check my file? They searched Experian credit agency same day as the full application went in on Monday afternoon.
I had no communication from them since. My mortgage broker said its 4-6 days to look at new applications.
I have 5 defaults. 2 off 5.5 years old, 2 over 3 years old and one 2 year old for talktalk

Hi all love you follow this. We got a decision in principle with Kent ages ago. 2 weeks ago we passed their hard search; we’ve submitted our documents through our broker and now we sit and wait. Our broker says 15 working days for a decision. 1 default 5.5 years old everything else is fine. Asking for 60 k less than what they’ve offered to borrow too. Fingers crossed.

I've heard nothing since the application. Was also wondering how do you know valuation was booked? Do you get access to a portal or something? Is it all done via broker?

I’m in the same boat as you. Heard nothing. Broker says 15 working day wait. Apparently people have had text messages saying the valuation has been booked, but unsure if they’ve applied with Kent direct, I don’t have a portal with Kent just with my mortgage broker and nothing on there either.
