Nothing today. I'm in 2 mind whether to chase my broker or not. Wouldn't like to be annoying. How often do you contact your broker?
  • @Atena don’t chase at all.
The estate agents let us know about the valuation the broker didn’t.

I couldn't help myself and chased my broker as it's been a week since full application went in and KR hasn't even looked at my application yet!

You’ll there! Everything crossed, does someone have to had viewed your application then before instructing a valuation/survey do you know?

Have you checked with your estate agent?

Thank you. Last Wednesday I had confirmation from estate agents they are awaiting a call from a surveyor and they said they will update once that happens.
I believe they instruct valuation as soon as they look at your application but I'm not 100%

Our broker said they usually do valuation and have all the docs before final underwriting and if it’s going to be declined the usually do it early on so valuations are a good sign .
  • Thanks all let’s keep each other updated and fingers crossed 🤞

No updates for me. Application was submitted 29th and valuation done on 12th July. Still nothing!
  • @Doorlock21 have you spoke to your broker? It’s meant to be 18 working days so you should be okay within their time frames.
