I couldn't help myself and chased my broker as it's been a week since full application went in and KR hasn't even looked at my application yet!0

Thank you. Last Wednesday I had confirmation from estate agents they are awaiting a call from a surveyor and they said they will update once that happens.festival_flow said:

I believe they instruct valuation as soon as they look at your application but I'm not 100%1 -
Our broker said they usually do valuation and have all the docs before final underwriting and if it’s going to be declined the usually do it early on so valuations are a good sign .1

No updates for me. Application was submitted 29th and valuation done on 12th July. Still nothing!0
