Okay sorry I didn’t realise. We had contact to say the valuation for the mortgage was booked. We will keep each other updated. Might have happened and you don’t know about it yet just try and keep positive 💕😢Atena said:

@Doorlock21 from what I’ve seen this is usually a good sign. As they are willing to lend just want some clarity. What did they ask for if you don’t mind me asking?

I've chased my estate agents and they have confirmed Kent Reliance in fact instructed the valuation but is not showing a date 😀1

Just a default settled letter and then said willing to offer £5k less than what we needed but it’s ok as we will put another £5k on our deposit.festival_flow said:@Doorlock21 from what I’ve seen this is usually a good sign. This sounds really Good. Keeping everything crossed. Does the default not show as settled on your credit file then?Doorlock21 said:

Following you guys, we submitted our application on Thursday, quoted 18 working days for underwriting. DIP given instantly and broker has advised today that a valuation has been instructed she just doesn't have the date yet. I'm already counting down the days, it's the most anxious wait. Ours isn't straight forward as I have adverse credit but no partners is perfect. Praying 🤞0
