Hi Atena, I’m feeling exactly the same and I should hear this week. I just hope it’s a yes rather than a no or a request for more documents. I’m not sure how much more I can take!

Following you guys, it's the worst experience for me literally obsessed with reading up on Kent. Our application went in on the 21st and I've heard nothing so far 😣

Tell me about it. We’ve been told we’ll hear by Friday. Have you had your survey done yet?

Ok I just had an update my application was looked at today. They've accepted statements and payslips and requested certified ID and childcare cost confirmation. It takes 6-8 working days to review extra documents. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

This is so exciting. Is it just a letter from the nursery? Keep it everything crossed. Certified iD? Surely the broker has this.

Certified ID is just a passport.
My childcare is a bit weird as I have to transfer one lump sum each month for after school club. Second lump sum to the same account with different reference no for breakfast club. And then there is meal payments through the app so probably that's why

I am sure you will hear shortly as processing times on Kent Reliance website are going down so they must be catching up

My comments won't appear when I quote anyone.

Estate agents have just informed me the valuation was done on the 26th so she was like "you should get your offer this week" I think she's being quite optimistic judging by the timescales I've read on here. Hopefully it means my application is progressing though, I've had no requests for any additional docs yet.
