What on earth is going on at Kent. Our 28day exchange date was today, sales agent emailed asking where the mortgage offer is but said not to panic as long as all involved are chasing ect. I’m praying things start to speed up for us all.

My broker has just emailed from the airport (he’s on leave) Kent have said we will hear nothing before the 15th!!! I’m going to need a strong drink lol

My broker suggested I try gin to cope lol

Estate agent asked again today but my broker has took over dealing with them as its only been 8 working days since the app. Our broker predicted the estate agent would start chasing though as she said they tend to forget how long lenders are taking. Looks like we won't be getting any updates till the end of the month judging by the wait you guys have been advised 😔
