I think you will be fine, they wouldn’t have put in for the valuation without doing the credit checks

Agree as the fee is non refundable can’t seem them doing the valuations for no reason as they wouldn’t have to refund our money

Yeah so we had an aip then the full application was approved ??? It’s on equifax and financially linked me and my hubby to be. Just says acre on behalf of your mortgage. Sign up to Equifax don’t worry honestly.

@Doorlock21 nope no offer hence why I wouldn’t pay attention. I suppose it depends on your broker? Ours does the soft and hard search which we was approved on and that’s it! We was excited to hear hard search approval but doesn’t seem everyone else’s broker uses the same language so we ain’t getting excited

We have had no checks that mark our credit report as yet but when the dip was done our broker asked to send over our Experian credit reports, he said this done the trick with the dip so I’m assuming they where happy with them.

Yes we had to send over our credit file for them to see also.
