We've only had a soft search done for AIP I've been waiting for a hard search notification but nothing so far. X

I think everyone's application is different.
I didn't have any search on AIP. My broker sent them my check my file report which was approved and then they done hard search on Experian not Equifax because check my file is showing less accounts on Equifax i noticed.

I've passed money laundering checks yesterday but that's done by the solicitor team.

@festival_flow is your partner not British? I had to send my share code for settlement status as I do not have British passport

@Atena yours sounds similar to ours. I think it all depends on your broker. 

No he’s British but they asked for proof of residency. Don’t know why…. Maybe because I pay the bills from bank and they’re in my name???

I had a check on my equifax file from Onfido, assume I passed that, definitely no reason not to on that front!

Its only one department though. When I instructed solicitors they allocated 3 departments to my case. So many people involved it's crazy!!!
Once I get my mortgage offer I will start to celebrate because at the moment I can't even sleep with worry

@atena I see! Our solicitors haven’t been instructed yet. Our broker said once we have the offer they will contact us…. Fingers crossed for everyone. Hopefully someone hears something today.
