That’s good that your broker has taken over, mine will too I think if needed but sales agents have been good so far. We have a trip to Milan over the bank hol so hopefully will have something to celebrate by then or I’ll be on the Gin with you!

We submitted on 1st July hard and soft credit search approved. Still waiting. Survey done…. Was told no response til Friday so sitting tight

I can’t see any hard search on my credit file? Is that a bad thing??

We can’t see the hard search but our credit scores went down. And our broker told us we have the AIP and approval on full application. Provided the usual. Pay slips and bank statements. But they asked my partner for proof of residency and both our p60s but that’s it. Don’t know if the proof of residency and p60s are normal or not. Also have searches recorded now for both of us that says “money laundering checks on behalf of your mortgage” .

Ahhh I can’t see any searches apart from the soft check.
yes they asked for our p60s as well. What do you mean approval on application? 

Oh where does it say money laundering checks ?

I had hard credit search at beginning of May, valuation 1st July. First request for additional docs 25th July.

Don’t worry I’m sure it’s fine, have you paid the valuation fee? They did the hard search on mine the day I paid, it’s only on my equifax report.
