It was via broker who sent us the offer documents.
they didn’t knock off the 20k as we contested it!

Nope, we’re 5 weeks in and nothing not even a document request. Fully ready to loose my mind

We’ve been told next Thursday; they have in the last 6 weeks come back twice: hopefully next Thursday we’ll have an offer,
