festival_flow said:That makes sense they ask for all accounts you have statements apparently especially if you’re paying bills from the other account.I’m going to escalate it tomorrow if we hear nothing.
@Doorlock21 ahhhh your nearly at the finish line!!1 -
Good luck for today @Doorlock21
My broker spoke to the underwriter yesterday, she is happy they have everything now and it’s all signed off but it is likely to be another 7 working days until they raise the offer.
They’ve done another credit search so I guess it’s all looking good just a waiting game.0 -

Good luck @Doorlock21🤞🤞
@Festival_flow we will get there eventually 🤞
Quick question for all, have both applicants had hard searches?? My partner is stressing as it only looks like they've hard searched me and he's only had a soft search. (I'm the adverse one tho so I'm thinking is it something to do with that?)0 -
I think we both did as both our Experian points went down by the same amount. Sometimes hard searches take 6 weeks to appear though don’t they.I don’t have the paid for Experian so I can’t see what the search is but presume it was from kent for the both of us0

Got our offer!!!
submitted on 29th June. 7 weeks in total.
but I think it got fast tracked because we escalated it so high up.So if anyone feels it’s dragging- get your mortgage broker to escalate it higher!0
