Well my experian score has dropped today so I'm hoping that's a hard search from Kent that's gone through (I won't pay £15 to experian to find out lol) 🤞 this means progress.

My broker has called me to say everything has been signed off and by paying off another loan we can have the amount we first requested. We just need to send in a list of what will be repaid and how much is for home improvements so it can be added to the offer.

Week 6 for us they’ve had the extra documents requested, the gift form and proof of residency. Our estate agents are getting onto us. Hoping
 we get our offer. They’ve reviewed everything.

I checked back on the emails we sent to our broker with our documents and it was 4th July 😢 they’ve come back twice for the p60s and proof of residence and the gifted deposit form. Really hope this is it. I’ve asked him what the next steps are.

We submitted alot of info on the application so hoping we covered everything...trying to think what they could possibly request next 🤣

P60s for last 2 years 
Passports 
Utility bills 
12 month rent statement 
Direct Debit Mandate

We sent similar. 

3 months statements p60s, our rent record is on our credit files and the direct debit mandate too. 

They didn’t need I’d from me, they were able to identify me electronically. 

I’m so stressed out.
