Fingers crossed you get your offer, I can't imagine how you feel I'm only on week 3 of waiting and the anxiety is awful. 

Keep emailing my broker but no updates my end yet, I hate having no control. 

Distracting myself with some of the search information I've had back as that appears to be just as complicated lol

Hope someone hears back. 5 weeks of waiting for us now. Being chased by the estate agents. Getting very fed up.

I chased my broker this morning.
MB said they reviewed my application yesterday and all is ticked off. There was no more questions so far so we are just waiting for valuation next Thursday and last checks before mortgage is issued she said.

@Doorlock21 we’ve been asked for the gifted deposit declaration form and my previous work history as only been in my new job since back end  of last year. 

Will get the form back to them by Monday so it can be signed in pen this weekend. Really pray this is a good sign.

I don’t understand why they can’t ask for all the forms in one go!!!

My broker has been told it will be Friday or Monday for me. He has tried to get it escalated but because mine is a remortgage they won’t escalate

So I have had an update.
 

Someone got in touch from KR in the mortgage club to our MB and has sent our case to a senior manager to see if they can help for it to be looked at from a more senior underwriter.

hopefully something will come out of it!

Have any of you heard of anyone getting an offer with Kent? I am now at the point of not believing it will ever happen!
