I’ve just checked my Experian account and the hard search was done same day as application too. Kent have withdrawn some mortgage products today so we’re lucky applications where made before this. 5year fix 90% has been pulled.

You went for 5 years fixed? I wanted that too but everyone including my MB said not to. I choose the 2 years fixed with 5.09 interest. Having doubts now.

Just checked my Experian account and I can see Kent Reliance done soft check on 30th of July. My score went down again so not sure why as it is showing soft check

Actually there is 2 soft checks. One saying mortgage quotation and one saying general check. Stressing out now

I was advised to take 5 year fix due to my credit score

I have 2 searches-
1 says mortgage quotation and 1 says mortgage multiple product.

what does this mean?

I went 2 year as they think I'll be in a better position to get a better rate in 2 years 🤞
