Me too, and it seems even if they ask for a simple document they then take the full 8-9 days to look at it.

The last document I was asked for was quite straightforward but I don’t think it will be looked at until Thursday.

How did you know you were getting an offer? Xx

@Doorlock21we don’t, it’s just the language our broker used. He said from passing the hard search and soft search with Kent it’s good news. We have asked for 50 k less than what they offered us though so that may have made him more confident

I just chased my broker for an update because it's been 4 weeks since my application and estate agents haven't been contacted for valuation survey.....
