Thats weird how they haven't done the survey yet as its usually the first thing Kent get out the way 🤔 unless the availability in your area isn't great and that's delayed it x hope you get some positive news xxx

Ok so valuation survey is booked for 18 th so that means my offer won't arrive anytime soon

My MB said surveyor tried to contact estate agents 3 times and no one answered... Bloody nightmare

Applied with Kent Reliance for a joint residential mortgage - on 27th July. Experian Hard check done 27th July for both of us. Valuation done 3rd August and now we wait. 

Thought I would post for refference as I've found all your posts helpful.

So frustrated.
We are now 10 working days after submitted second lot of documents.

called MB who has put out a request for an answer to what’s going on.
just think this is awful now. We are now week 6!
