I requested BW legal to put the case on hold in March. They put it on hold as of 31 May to -with their wording- allow me sufficient time to provide the information requested.

There is nothing you are required to do before they issue a claim. However, you can request that they send you all relevant documentation and evidence to support their claim, including any agreements, contracts, or photos pertaining to the alleged debt. This would allow you to assess the validity of the claim and respond accordingly.1
