Ask the hospital what Independent appeals service is available, as the appeals service offered by wise parking/ wise parkings private trade members  association  is not independent

Neither does it comply with government mandated ADR regulations that states ADR must be made available for not less than 12 months.

Has the CEO of the NHS Trust had a complaint about this farce yet?

I've made a complaint myself, got redirected to a team and responded with a standard response to follow useless processes.

Since September I received letters from Trace/BW Legal. Today I received a different type of letter "Letter of Claim" in which they say on expiry of this letter case proceeds to county court claim. In another thread I saw a suggestion to raise it with the forum when letter before claim has been received, not sure if this is the same one.

That looks like a LoC. You now go back and read the steps you need to take to defend this.

Newbies thread, second post tells you what to do.

I think the below part from the Newbies Thread, post #2 has some ambiguity. A small clarification may help confused readers like me.

As well as the SAR to the parking firm's DPO, also write another email, if they are using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor.
    Your email tells the solicitor:
    (a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
    (b) I have sent your client a SAR
    (c) also confirm your correct 'address for service' if you've moved and the PPC has two addresses.

So we ask the firm about their solicitor, and if they tell us, we contact the solicitor and ask them to confirm their address for service.  But it also mentions PPC may have two addresses. Here do we really want to learn the solicitor's address or the PPC address?

You need to deal with the solicitors now. The solicitors are BW Legal.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just checking  -  you do realise that the "two addresses" refer to the DEFENDANT may have two addresses in the records with the ppc/solicitor?

Oh, that's a good point! I always thought that was a question to them!
