I am on Universal credit and got a letter about the Scheme With code WHDS4,But was informed when I called that I have to be on the BIll.My Wife is on the BIll but was informed it has to be me. Is this correct?0

I got my letter regarding the WHD back in Nov - phoned up and was told yes I qualify and would get the payment by end of March 2023 - Nothing has been put into electricity account and I have been chasing my tail ever since - I have contacted Scottish Power a number of times they say there is nothing they can do - I have contacted DWP and they just say the scheme is closed for 2022 - I contacted Ofgem and they dont get back to you and also contacted BEIS and no reply either - Any ideas on who I can speak to - preferably a person and not a robot and find out why my payment hasnt been made ?0
