Id found opening a kroo account easy enough and did a small transfer in from 2 different accounts easy but I'm still waiting for a £10k transfer to appear.
With regards to ordering a physical card can someone please help as I've not seen the function to do this ~ help much appreciated

Has anyone been successful in getting the cashback? Even to track? Just applied today I assume I then need to deposit (invest) a minimum of £50? Not sure how tcb will track as i download the app, from tcb link.

I don't recall having to initiate an order for the physical card; I applied for an account and the card just arrived in the post shortly after (slightly delayed by Royal Mail strikes).

Card replacements are another matter.

the £10k might be held up by the sending bank

I just opened my new Kroo account (very laggy app while setting up my password, so a bit of patience required) and like what I'm seeing so far. Can't wait for them to introduce some kind of "pots" function though, but as they're something of a new kid on the block, I expect they have a list of enhancements they're intending to introduce gradually.

I applied early on the 24th and the account is still not open.  App shows "we're checking and will get back to you shortly" or similar message.

Anyone else had such a delay in applying?

Is it only me who's slightly wary of putting a recently-developed banking app on my phone, and stuffing the account with up to 85k??

The app has been available for years (2018 IIRC), from when they offered prepaid/e-money accounts.
There wasn't a major change to the app when they started offering full FSCS  current accounts.

Other apps (e.g. Chase, Virgin, YBS, Marcus) are newer.

Speaking of Chase, anyone else getting deja vu 🤪
