The Virtual Cards linked to Bill paying pots mean I can now finally use that feature and still keep my bills separate from my main balance.
I will give Kroo credit though, in one interaction I had with them on live chat i happened to mention my recent autism diagnosis and they got in touch to ask me for advice on how they could handle any future interactions so it would be easier and more helpful for me to deal with. It was a nice personal touch.0 -

If they are collected after the agreed date, it is most likely because the company you are paying have requested it for a later date, or because DDs are not processed on non-working days. Most banks only process DDs on working days.0 -
Has anyone used their Kroo card/account while traveling?0

It says on Kroo website that faster payments out have a limit of £10k per transaction and that an amount above this will require a review in order to be processed. It also says n/a for whether there is a limit on cumulative payments out. So if say wanting to transfer out full £85k then in theory could do in 9 separate transactions without need for a review unless they also review cumulative amounts at a certain level too. Has anyone tried big payments out and thus advise how it functions in practice?0

Sent £10 from Revolut to Kroo last night at 11:30pm, went through in seconds without any issues.
Sent £110 from Revolut this morning at 8:53am and it was held for 15 minutes for review so I must be getting closer to being "trusted"
And how easy is it to manage Standing Orders with Kroo?I am not a financial advisor or other expert. All posts are purely my thoughts at the time for discussion, not advice.
