Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Other than a slightly higher interest rate, nothing really to attract over Monzo or Starling. I’m guessing they’ll last a few years and probably end up phasing out after a while unless they offer something special over the competition.0

4.35% interest is a brilliant rate for a free current account.2

How is Kroo like for CSV statements now?
I'm frustrated Chase has removed them, after I'd gotten used to the feature, and from January their boosted savings accounts (which I have standing orders on) the rate will be presumably lower than Kroo, so I'm considering that or just setting my standing orders up in my Club Lloyds account and accepting a few days 1.5% instead of ~4% interest0 -
As far as I am aware statements only export in PDF format.Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20271

It was easy to set up the account but when it comes to withdrawing funds its another matter.
The cash has left the account but not reached destination. When I got through on the phone after 30+ mins waiting with the annoying musak, was told nothing. Can't say why the 'restricted' and no time horizon when cash will be released. It's been over 4 days!! When I tried to call again, it wwnt unanswered for over 40 minutes.
I'm searching online, is Kroo in some sort of financial difficulty?

It's a security check I imagine, I moved money to a long term payee (myself!) just this morning
The bank holding your transfer or indeed, the receiving bank having problems, is not a sign the bank is in financial difficultySam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

What’s everyone else’s experience with Kroo now? I have them but only use it as a spending/extra account but I like the simplicity of the app and pots. I’m thinking of possibly using it as more of a main account but worried about all of the stuff about money being withheld and transfers not going through. My main bank is Lloyds and I’ve never had any issues.0

I used them for ages for storing cash, paid into main account, moved to Kroo until needed before the bill was due, never had any issues paying my own accounts but I didn't use anything else other than a pot briefly
