    My review was for a 4-figure sum but it wasn‘t the largest amount I had deposited.

    In Kroo‘s defence, the amount has now been approved, with yesterday‘s date. They are probably also acting within the regulations, which  give them to the end of the next working day to process incoming payments. But it‘s very unhelpful - what if you were making a deposit to pay bills that need to be paid on the day, or if you needed the money to draw out emergency cash?

    I am definitely out. Not even the Kroo interest rate is stopping me from leaving.

    Or are they from a particular bank(s)? Santander's name keeps cropping up. Could also be patterns e.g., lots of smaller deposits followed by a large deposit within a short space of time.
    All my deposits were from a single Santander account, all pulled in via OB. I had been making the first such deposit way back in November. I had also withdrawn from Kroo to the same Santander account before. So they [should] know that the account is in my name, and it‘s a mystery to me why they feel they should review my deposits. Anyway, they won‘t need to do any more because there won‘t be more deposits from me 😤

    Does anyone have any Direct Debits set up on their Kroo account. I can't see where they would show up in the App?

    Edit- ok I see in the faqs it should be listed under the 'scheduled' payments but I assumed this was just going to be for Standing Orders.

    Day 2 of trying to sign up ... I've made it through to the adding your email address in which is one step further than yesterday when I got stuck on it taking my name! It won't let me type in the box and is greyed out so i'm leaving it 5 minutes then trying a reboot of my phone/app if it doesn't work as that seemed to get me 1 step further on yesterday. It seems I can also open an account today. Yesterday it just said to register ...

    Oh I was wrong forgot the next bit was password that I got stuck on yesterday. Well one step further on that ... The button is purple and ready to press but when I press it ... it does nothing ... I'll leave 5 and if not do another phone reboot ... Sigh not sure I can take much more of this myself tbh! Shame as it looks really good.

    Maybe its a problem with your device? My partner and I both signed up yesterday and had no issues

    Just rebooted and tried a 4th time. It kept getting stuck on password screen. It now says when I put in my mobile number i've reached my limit and to try again later. Back tomorrow ...

  • I can download statements ok. Saves them into a downloads folder.
    oh just me then lol... i've got a chat launched with them, but with Chase increasing to 3%, there is little need for me to use this buggy app.
    i'll see if they reply by tomorrow, but i'm inclined to close the account and move on.
