I was more hoping that it has cost them more than they could gain, because I am annoyed at the lack of scruples. I wasn't awarded any costs sadly, so am down that £275 but at least it went to the court rather then the thieves.1

The solicitor has sent me a letter l, the claimants witness statement. It's pretty hefty, and has pics of the site and signs and a contract agreement with the landowner or something.0

Says notice to keeper was sent to my old address on December 20 which at the time was from the DVLA
No response so they sent a final notice to keeper in Jan 21
Then they outsourced to a collectt agent who wrote in Feb 22 then the solicitor was instructed to recover
then an LBC was sent in march 22, claim in may and I found out about april0 -
Fine, nothing new there.
You expected their bundle and this just confirms they couldn't be bothered to comply with the Code of Practice by doing a mandatory 'soft trace' for your address.

Please post the claimant's WS here for the regulars to check over. Redact personal information unless it is already in the public domain. In other words, don't redact the (para)legal's details nor names and signatures from the alleged landowner contract.
Upload it to Dropbox or similar (ensuring a password isn't needed) and post the link here. I'll try and get it all uploaded, but need time in work to use the scanner. Dropbox is free, but you need to put in your credit cards to register. Are the pics pasted here too awkward to use?0
