They want that on top of the rest?
Can you please explain your question in greater detail?

I.e. who are 'they', what is 'that', and what is 'the rest'?

...and what have you shown us a picture of?

Ignore the costs assessment. They can't have those fees.  They are doing it to scare you.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, sent a little hastily and from my phone so it's cropped, it's from the solicitor seems they are adding more money on and now I could end up having to pay a further 350 on top of the 250 they want and the 250 for the ccj :(
Hopefully you are right coupon mad
I am going to try and read the stickies and create some kind of defence this week, court on Friday

Is this valid , I assume so -guessing it's the same as a first defence against a parking ticket despite the history?

I don't understand where you are with this - I'm not reading back over 180+ posts. Creating a defence on Monday for a court hearing on Friday is way too late - unless I'm confused as to why you're doing so.

    Hi Umkomass
I got a ccj i didn't know about as they sent all the stuff to an old address. The judge had that set aside, though i still had to pay court fees and still have to defend the ticket, which was in Dec 2020, so it's not really possible to remember. Looks like the car was there, likely 2 trips as there is no reason to leave a car there for more than a few mins in the co-op. No idea who might have been driving- 6 other people have occasional use of the car.

The solicitor have sent me there defence, and a letter outlining more costs, which I assume they are going to tack on, though coupon mad reassures me they can't have them

Have you not submitted any defence of your own?

Not sure I really understand this. You have a court hearing on Friday (is this for a standard PCN claim as opposed to anything connected to the CCJ set aside?) and you haven't submitted any defence for it yet?

Have you had any Order from the court instructing you in regard to this hearing?

Yes, I think so- I think it's to be handled like a standard defence of a parking ticket, notwithstanding the ccj stuff.

I've a letter from the court somewhere, am at work right now, so will update when I get in and find it
