Looks fine and 4:02pm is almost certainly fine.
Did you email it to the local court and put the Claim Number correctly in the subject line, copying in QDR?
Just checking it wasn't emailed to the CCBC because that's not who is handling this case.

Thanks, I sent it to the local court. IE never received anything from QDR or the parking company except the PCN from the parking company from my sar, no response from qdr om my sar either0

You realise you had to copy in QDR? I advised you about that twice.
The Judge gave you a deadline to FILE (to the local court) AND SERVE (to QDR) a defence. You are currently in breach.
Forward it immediately to QDR.
