Jet2 claim for late flight

1 week on and nothing back from Jet2 legal. I gave them 14 days in my LBA, however at this point I'm going to wait the Spanish CAA (AESA) investigation to conclude, roughly 3.5 more months, then if no joy will do the Small Claims route. My LBA gives me the right to go to the courts without notice, so happy to sit and see what comes from AESA.Has anyone had AESA outcome success? What happened next, did they simply give an opinion? or do they have the power to force a payment from the airline?0

I've decided to enlist Bott+co to do the legwork now. Loathed to pay a fee out of my compensation but honestly I want to offload it in my head.0

I submitted my letter to JET2 last week. In my ignorance may I ask what Bott + co is please ?0

Thanks so much ☺️1 -

I suspect they still read this forum and now know that if you've got this far on the forum you're likely to persist, possibly take legal action.
