Not good news for Givenergy, unless I'm misunderstanding, or confusing them with another.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 28kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Mine has been ticking along. who know for how long!
As a back up, I have a Victron Multiplus II GX and additional batteries, need to find out if the Givenergy inverter goes, can I get the battery to work with Victron.
