I've avoided Cornwall for close to 20 years due to extortionate car parking charges.

The introduction of digital "remote clamping" won't see me back there.

I just park on street wherever I visit.  You can always park somewhere, even in most parts of London where 3 of my adult kids live.

You can certainly park on-street in most of Cornwall (well the parts I've visited, you can).

There are a lot of "me too" comments on those two recent news articles, particularly the South Hams one. Is there a way of getting these flagged up as part of the new consultation, and underline again the entrapment involved?

Not forgetting, that every one of those traps can lead to an extra £70 extortion claim, which in itself would make some people pay through fear.

The Government HAVE to see the truth on this

I think the same when I read the despairing posts on Trustpilot.

i mean look at the posts by people on Trustpilot pages about the likes of Premier Parking Solutions, UKCPM and Alliance Parking. Those poor people. Utter victims.
