UKPC AND MCDONALDS AGAIN... Sounds like another double dip

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10997905/Driver-hit-100-parking-fine-visiting-McDonalds-twice-one-day.html

A spokesperson for McDonald's said: 'We are sorry to hear about this customer's experience.
We understand that if the customer contacts the provider directly, their case will be considered under the appeals process <<<<<<  This is nothing new to McD's with UKPC BUT THE SIZE OF THEM, SURELY THEY CAN DICTATE what happens to the landlords ..

But, Mr Gove was sacked yesterday  .... was Gove fit for purpose, being sacked suggests he was not ??

I don't think he was sacked for not being "fit for purpose"
I think he was sacked (by Boris) for trying to stab Boris with a blunt pencil
Yeah, we were only allowed to use blunt pencils at Robert Gordon's College :)

    ANOTHER EURO STORY

Driver, 69, is given £100 parking fine after she got stuck in car wash queue for more than 30 minutes

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11005513/Driver-fined-100-queuing-car-wash-Sutton-filling-station.html

I wish the DAILY MAIL would fully understand that these are NOT fines

This will be an ANPR ticket and proves once again that ANPR is NOT suitable in modern times and private parking firms should be banned from using them ??

DM advice should come with a stupidity warning

"If your appeal is rejected then you should pay or the parking company will take you to court. When you can pay you should write that you are 'paying under protest' and keep a copy. If you still think you were wrongly fined you can take the firm to small claims court to try and reclaim the money. "

I'm certain we all will be active in advising the press/media both local and National

We need to bring this to the attention of millions and we will

As far as the fake add-on scam, it still is a scam . What the BPA have not understood is they are in charge of the UK's biggest scam.
I don't know of any other company/organisation who allows scammers to be board members.  This is one question to ask as nothing much will change whilst the BPA promote a scam ... do they you might say ?  where did the fake add-on come from ?
