Maybe Judges starting to weed out cases at source, not allowing them to get to hearings. But there'll still be so many who will have coughed up prematurely just at the threat/start of the litigation process.

I know for a fact that many, if not most, district judges who sit on hearings from these robo-claim shysters do not yet know about the HHJ Murch appeal judgment. This must be put in front of as many of them ASAP and every defence and or WS should now be highlighting this judgment, if the PoC are deficient.
