Some just get lost in the system. Get on with your life.
Get on with my life with a potential £400+ bill hanging over my head?
    Thanks for the advice
As one of my neighbours has found, there is little else that you can do. She wrote to the PPC and told them to take her straight to court and stop messing about. This was ignored, and there is nothing we can do to force the issue. So the only course to take is to be aware, be vigilant and be ready when it does go to court. Make sure that you do not get caught be a stealth CCJ if you move house. Inform the PPC of the new address and tell them to erase all others
    Cheers, will do.
I'm leaving the UK for 4 months in December, I'll be sure to sort out a C/O address

Actually why not give them the non-UK address?  It might stop them.  Don't tell them it's only for 4 months...

...however, on your return to the UK you'd have to contact their DPO again to update the UK address again.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think giving them my Indonesian address will likely just delay everything, I don't think it will make them give up, it appears they are very persistent in pursuing these charges :(

I really wanna see the end of this, either in or out of court.
