Just make sure that you number every paragraph, add your words (with their new numbers) to the standard template and renumber the rest of the template before you submit it to CCBC.3

A good start and you have plenty of time to get that polished up.
BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”
Please email your PCN story to watchdog@bbc.co.uk they want to hear about it.Please then tell us here that you have done so.1 -

Don't worry I will sort all typos out.
Same as aboveJenni_D said:Typo and should be possess.

Oh, as we're talking about possess, that sentence is also missing a possessive.

"......father's right to quietly possess and enjoy the premises."

This is a prime example of why I should have paid more attention in school!Jenni_D said:Oh, as we're talking about possess, that sentence is also missing a possessive.

So I *think* this should be good to go, any thoughts before I submit this:2. It is admitted that the defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question.
3. The Defendant is a carer for his elderly father and was delivering necessary prescription medication during covid lockdown. The defendants’ father was shielding due to his official classification status as “vulnerable” which rendered him unable to leave the property.
4. The defendant would also like to note the parking signage is not illuminated and was not visible as a result, the signage is also brown and blends in with the brickwork of the wall
5. The defendant has never received any previous letters from the Claimant.
6. Regarding the terms of the defendant’s father’s tenancy agreement, no mention is made referencing the requirement of a pass or permit to park.7. The defendant notes that they had the permission to park in this space in line with the defendant’s father’s lease and that denying that right, granted to the defendant’s father is an interference with the defendant’s father’s right to quietly possess and enjoy the premises.
8. The defendant notes that the terms of the lease state the parking space is only to be used "for the purpose of parking a private motor vehicle", this does not state who the vehicle would need to belong to.

Just one: -The defendants’ defendant's father was shielding due to his official classification status as “vulnerable” which rendered him unable to leave the property.
I note you got it right later!

Well my defence is now completed

I'll email it over (within office hours) tomorrow and wait patiently for confirmation it was received.
Then its the waiting game for me I guess!
Thanks to all the members who've helped me get this far! Honestly wouldn't of been able to do it alone!1
