Gladstone & District Enforcement - Am i doing this right?

I've managed to find a bit of time to get the SAR request sent over.
I've also submitted my defence, now I will play the waiting game!
(I got confirmation of my email being received by CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk and also confirmation of it being received by Gladstone Crooks.

Even though this may now go quiet for a while (apart from the DQ that the Template Defence already tells you all about) there is a far bigger 'war' for honest motorists to win.
Please do make time to come here every week over the Summer so you get to add your own voice to the Public Consultation.

Hello

I have received the following email from Gladstone Crooks:We act for the Claimant and have notified the Court of the Claimant’s intention to proceed with the Claim.
Please find enclosed a copy of the Claimant’s completed Directions Questionnaire, which has also been filed with the Court.
You will note the Claimant has elected to mediate in an attempt to settle this matter amicably, without the need for further Court intervention. Should you agree to mediation, please inform the Court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment.
Yours sincerely
A bunch of thieves.
I am yet to receive a copy of the Directions Questionnaire from the CBCC, do I need to chase them at this point?

Check your MCOL filing history to see if one has been sent.
All this is already covered in the court guides - including the bit about the claimant sending a copy of theirs.Jenni x2 -
Thanks Jenny, I did check on the MCOL history but the latest thing on there was my defence being accepted, I am guessing just sit tight and wait for form.0

You're free to download a copy and fill it in ... once MCOL notifies that one has been sent then you can file your copy via email - no need to wait for a physical copy to arrive.
You don't have to serve a copy (of your DQ) on the claimant (at least I don't think so), but there's no harm in copying them in on your MCOL email.

Weren't you expecting that?
Surely you read this in that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list are well worth reading too.

Still waiting patiently to see the Directions Questionnaire appear on the MCOL site.
One more thing tho, I sent my SAR request to District Enforcement exactly 1 month ago and they have no replied.
I'm not sure how else to chase this as there is no way to contact them other than by email.
I thought they *had* to send this within 1 month of it being requested?
Any suggestions on who I speak to now about getting this information.0 -
Report them to the ICO, some regulars say you should give them one more chance by sending an e-mail to the DPO telling them they have seven days to respond or you will report them but they know they have one month, they are so-called professionals and I say go for it!2

Update:
They have just emailed me after me sending a chaser email, they have stated:
We are unable to locate any personal data relating to yourself on our system, If you still believe that we may be processing your data (obviously they are, hence the court claim) pleaser provide details on the vehicle, location or date this matter relates to.
If you are unhappy with our response, you the right to escalate the matter to the ICO
I've sent them the reg, date and location and will post here when I get a response.
Shocking that they are literally taking me to court, but don't know who I am
