I'll email it over (within office hours) tomorrow and wait patiently for confirmation it was received.
Then its the waiting game for me I guess!
Whilst waiting you might want to note what happens next - from that checklist you are following - so that a Directions Questionnaire from either the court or claimant doesn't take you by surprise

And to keep coming back two or three times a month of course to make sure you don't miss the Public Consultation. As discussed here:

Hang on, are you saying you received nothing prior to the county court claim? not even a letter before claim?

Pause that defence if so - there might be something else to add

The car was registered at my sisters as I had only recently returned to the UK and was living at her house.
She advised that she didn't receive any other letters for me.

Yes, point 5. If true then is that not a breach of the pre action protocol? Others may know better what the consequences of that could be.

I don't recall, did you ever do a SAR? If not do one now.

I have not done a SAR, however I only have until 4pm on Tuesday 12th July 2022 to submit the defence, won't they just drag it out completing the SAR?

The point is that the SAR, when it arrives, may well help with Witness Statement. Do not pause the Defence waiting for it, but do get it.
