Gladstone & District Enforcement - Am i doing this right?

Shocking that they are literally taking me to court, but don't know who I am
A point I would be making strongly in response to their feeble reply.
The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3 -
Update: It seems after mentioning the ICO they suddenly found the information.
I now have the SAR info with plenty of photos attached, not sure what to do with this info.
However it doesn't look good, you can see one of the signs next to my car (It's brown and kinda blends with the wall tho)

You use the data and photos to your advantage in your witness statement where it helps to back up and support your defence and ignore anything that does the opposite! Brown signs on a brown wall is a good example and you could compare it to the Beavis example of a sign - providing of course that you mentioned signs in your defence (and who wouldn't?)3

Yeah I have been checking daily and will continue to do so, The waiting part is the killer but out of my hands I guess.KeithP said:philkr said:Still waiting patiently to see the Directions Questionnaire appear on the MCOL site. The CCBC sent you a letter saying the Claimant has twenty eight days to consider your Defence. What you don't know is when the CCBC sent a copy of your Defence to the Claimant. It follows from that that it is not known when the Claimant has to respond to the CCBC.Further, we don't know what delays there are in the CCBC that means they don't send you a Directions Questionnaire as promptly as you might like. Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back to the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course?

I did indeed include it, thanks I will keep that in mind.Le_Kirk said:You use the data and photos to your advantage in your witness statement where it helps to back up and support your defence and ignore anything that does the opposite! The font is also very small too and the car park is not lit up, so hard to see the signs of an evening

Have you taken your own photos (in the same lighting conditions at the time of the parking event). They could be very important in your WS. So many court claims are dismissed because the judge didn't rate the PPC's signage.philkr said:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
