Thanks for the help with everything everyone. I have downloaded the form and filled it in. Do i need to physically sign it? (as have filled electronically). Assuming i do not need to tick anything regarding legal representative. I know i need to email back to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk, i assume i cc dcb legal also?0
