If so, you should post your question there.1 -
Just a quick question on this, the N180 form will not let me paste any more than this in the box for D1, is this sufficient enough?
"I am not content for the case to be heard 'on the papers' because that seems to disproportionately give an advantage to a legally represented party. I feel strongly after all these years of intimidating demands from this aggressive parking firm and their agents, that I need a voice at an attended hearing. I wish to question the Claimant about their evidence at a hearing in person and to expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertions."2 -

Alternatively, as per advice from @B789, create a text box over D1, paste the full response in Ariel pt9, and all will fit in.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How do I send the N180 , by post or email , if so what is the email to send to ?0
-
It is all explained in the Newbies/FAQ thread. However, as a reminder, by email to the CCBC (now CNBC) ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk and you must CC in the claimant or their solicitor, if they're using one, and you should also CC in yourself as definitive proof you sent it!5

Would this be considered too emotive for D3 on the N180?
Determination without hearing seems to give a disproportionate advantage to the legally represented Claimant, whose entire business is issuing cut and paste parking case paperwork, and using aggressive and misleading tactics to ensure payment of inflated charges. I feel strongly that I need a voice at an attended hearing. I wish to question the Claimant about their evidence, and to expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertion.1 -
