I have asked but it doesn't look like reducing hours will be an option. They're bringing in a change in working in September so nothing is being done til after that.
I had a shopping heavy day on Sunday and have finally bought a bike helmet. Hopefully get myself sorted with a bike lock next and then can start practicing on the trike. That will be another source of income.
Also bought iron and b vitamin supplements. I did look at the spray Liselle but they only had a 5mg dose one. I think I'd use that when my diet is better and can get it as a supplementary dose.

Bike helmet sounds a very good investment

At 29.99 I hope so. Interestingly there didn't seem much difference between helmets at that price point and the over £100 ones.
I have yet to do any more with the trike, mostly because I find it difficult to read instructions at the moment. It needs the front basket attached and some wires so that will wait until I am less cross eyed.
Plan is to go to sister's tonight as I cannot contemplate a 4.30 am start this week.
I am taking advantage of the tiredness situation to treat myself to a coffee this morning. Haven't had caffeine in a few weeks so it should be interesting

Good idea to avoid the 4.30 starts if you can. I thought 4.30 was in the afternoon, I'd struggle massively with the morning starts.
You are probably getting a bit of caffeine in your hot chocolates, but it will be interesting to see how you feel after coffee!

Ha the caffeine experiment was hilarious I was high as a kite even though I only drank half a short filter coffee. I was so chatty 🤣
Far too hot for work today, at one point the van dashboard said 30 degrees.
Am sitting quietly fuming on the bus to sisters. I sat in the mobility seats because the bus is full and some a*hole decided to point at the sticker and say those seats are meant to be for people like him. Even though he never attempted to sit in it and took a seat even nearer the front🤦♂️ I wanted to say not all disability is visible but I didn't think of it in time 🤦♂️ There is nothing that annoys me more than people who try to put other people in their place even though they're wrong. The seats are for everybody but move when they're needed 🤯
Just a fly in the ointment after an overheated day.
I think the caffeine triggered some logic though and I realised that I am leaving this job even though I don't have a date yet. Which seems to have helped.

I really need to not check my emails first thing in the morning. Starting off your day with a tax bill is no bueno. £65 paid so at least it is not hanging over my head.
Hospital appointment went ok yesterday. Didn't realise how much it had been on my mind til it was over.
The plan to stay at sisters to avoid 4.30 am start backfired. Their house is hot. HOT. Awake until after midnight and then up at 5.45. Ugh.

This heat is tough going, especially when you have to work. Definitely keeping sun-facing windows and curtains shut here, and we're less affected than further south.
Well done for getting the tax off your back straight away. It's good your appointment was okay too.

Excellent news you pounced on the tax bill and the appointment went well 🥂

It went well in the sense that nothing was happening before and nothing happening after 🤣
Physical exhaustion and despair as a treatment for endo- don't think I'm going to make my fortune off it 🤣
The invoice for my online job came early, £163 payment at the end of the month which is quite promising.
I managed to forget deodorant yesterday so thankfully I was working on my own as the van was a sauna.
