I do think I have to bear in mind that I am not intuitive to deal with. Particularly not for someone who is suffering from a Type A personality and chronic sleep deprivation.
Finished removing the wooden bits and started polyfilla. The small tub proved to be insufficient. Although handy as a stopping point.

Mood improvement was not lasting but I suspect the period beast of nefarious activity. And the fact that it has been raining for nine hundred years. I don't think I've seen dry ground for a fortnight.

There's a song called 9 Days by Nils Hoffman & Julia Church that features the lyric 'it's been raining for nine days' and I have had it in my head a lot lately, and have also been going 'ha, only nine days, alright for some'

Apparently we are due to see the sun on Saturday. It has not been seen in these parts since the 21st of January apparently so I shall not hold my breath.
