She is supposed to be an indoor cat but nobody told her that
The laptop died as I was writing an update last night which is perfectly ok as I had no idea what I was saying anyway.
I also tried to write an update while hiding from the Small One in the bathroom but that went nowhere. Thankfully his dad took him out for a walk which gave me a reprieve from playing airplanes. We did have a lovely time out this morning but this afternoon the energy is flagging. Not helped by a pizza delivery. Annoyingly I have been thinking about it for three days, tried to divert yesterday with a supermarket pizza but nope.
It is now a solid lump in my stomach. Take that acid reflux medicine.
I am feeling like I may need a break from this house for a bit. Teacup is coming over next week to meet Very, Very Small One so I will be off to my own flat. Bike is being delivered a week tomorrow so I shall be making arrangements to work. I have been signed off requirements for the jobcentre until the work capacity assessment but sadly they have not provided any extra money to actually pay the bills.

Frustrating about the lack of income.

Can the jobcentre advise about bridging the income gap while you're not well enough to work?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

So many things have fallen by the wayside in this current level of overwhelm and this diary is definitely one of them. The humpty dumpty brain is no joke.
Currently my mortgage will be paid by teacup and the jobcentre. My bike all going well will arrive on Saturday which gives me a week of potential money earning.
The jobcentre suggested I contact something called a financial inclusion team at the council. But regardless the amount of money I can get even if deemed unfit to work is not enough to cover my basic expenses so I have to work.

In a fun and surprising twist I have now developed a head cold 🤦♀️ So I am paranoid that the small ones will get it and have run for the hills.
Quite literally, I am not looking forward to the walk from the bus stop.
Ideally I would be somewhere that I could be supplied with regular meals and hot drinks but as it stands its deliveroo and my kettle 🤷
Started filling out the form for work capacity last night, was surprised how little I cared about it. I have just reached the point where I don't see any point to it. I am slightly worried about going into the system especially after reading a horrific memoir of an autistic woman who received terrible care in englandshire.
Oh well its the sofa and hot water bottles for me until this cold is gone3 -
Did you pay for a formal diagnosis in the end WD? I sympathise on the overwhelm side of things - I'm struggling with that currently too. Hope you managed to get home again safely. Have you ever looked up 'elopement'? Apparently it is a common ASD thing.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

It all sounds really rough. 😢 I hope you can get some rest and shake the cold off.
It might be worth looking into the financial inclusion people (says she who never braved the PIP form) because sometimes doing that sort of thing can lead to other doors opening.

I didn't expect to get p1p after all the horror stories - look for Ben****s & work - it helped me get it, a family member get and helped someone else I know increase what they get.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
