    What about clicking‘forgotten password?’

    And choose a new one
Already tried that, with results as desrcibed previously.

...it says 'Unable to process request because The customer number or password you have entered is not valid. Please try again'.
The CN & P are correct/worked previously, but not now; I tried resetting the P, which again sends the OTP, but then the same message as above.
Seems strange that it would send the OTP in the first place if if believes the supplied information to be incorrect, but that’s what’s happening?
    It's a strange one... 😕

They don't allow the OTP to be seen as it's entered, as many do, which doesn't help. By this stage, I'd  probably ask Mrs R to try entering the number for me, just in case I was loosing my marbles or suffering from fat-finger syndrome. When all else fails and all that...

Wracking my brain, here - might two people, with separate accounts, using the same mobile phone, be an issue? It hasn't with other banks, but...?

Can the other person login OK?

Shawbrook may consider it a security issue too, but surely they would tell you that.

Thanks, but have tried it many times now, with same result.

Sorry if it's already been asked...

Do you have to pledge, up front, how much you're going to deposit, over and above the minimum, or is it an open window of time (7 days?) to add as much as you want?
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

You can't share a phone number on two account holders with Principality BS - one number works and the other fails.
And it doesn't tell you why, either.

I suspect you may have found the cause.

It seems that you can continue adding funds until they withdraw the account (plus a short time beyond this, too, I think?).

You have until they withdraw the account- plus an extra 7 days after that
