if you need to speak to them about anything- forget it
ive sent about 5 secure messages to them in the last month - zero response, nothing
considering making a complaint
I’ve not bothered calling them as apparently they put you in a queue for an hour then just cut you off

It's a good product, if you don't need access for 6 months. I can't find anything better on the market right now.1

Officially it's the next working day though, so I would expect weekend payments to be processed on a Monday.

I've paid in on a Saturday - they dont show up til the Monday.1

How long can you pay deposits in for?
Opened today with £1 test payment which appeared after a few hours...
Then sent another £4999 this evening...awaiting for that to appear
Looking to then transfer in final 20K tomorrow...
Will this be OK?
