2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question.Just add "and driver" as suggested by @Coupon-mad and as written in loads of other threads. It is still in third person.1

Hi KeithP. Your responses aswell as everyone else's on my thread has been incredibly helpful. What I meant was I was struggling to put it into words on how to defend my errors. Thanks and sorry for the late reply (wish there was a notification system).KeithP said:

There is a notification system, you just have to turn it on in your profile.UltraRevenge said:

With regards to your defence, simply put down in your own words why the claim from the PPC is wrong. Use their particulars of claim (and any other notice to keeper/driver you have received) and refute what they say. There are only limited claims and therefore limited defences; you didn't pay/yes I did; you didn't display/yes I did, your permit wasn't showing/yeas it was. It is my own space and you cannot override my tenancy/leasehold/freehold agreement. The signs were illegible/garbled or were forbidding. Check other defences and see what posters have written in a similar position to you.2 -
Thanks Le Kirk, I've updated the notification- tho it's still quite unclear, as it didn't say whether I'll get email notifications. Wish MSE have an app one day.
Back to my appeal - the courts have responded with a holding letter so awaiting response from the parking firm.
Thanks.
