Switch due to be completed tomorrow but have received the £125 payment.

Received switching bonus yesterday two days before actual switch, around 7 days after application, letter confirming switch and card & pin all received this week, cinema tickets confirmed earlier too, very impressed with lloyds2

Well my account did switch in today to my existing CL account, but no incentive paid. I know it says it can take up to 10 working days of initiating the switch so I'll waiting until next weds, although I'm confused why people receive it at different times as everyone else on here seems to have had it before their switch date?0

OH and I mirror our finances and do the same things when opening / switching etc.
She received the incentive into her individual account on the day the switch completed but 2 days later and still no payout for me.
A bit strange but as you say, will wait a few more days2 -

Can't say Lloyds sending out a text with a non-Lloyds Bank phone number to ring screams attention to detail/customer care.

I've just phoned the Lloyds switching team number, as I had a query about my switch from Halifax to Lloyds. The advisor could see both the switch out of Halifax and into Lloyds, and said that he deals with calls across the LBG - Halifax, BOS and Lloyds.
So I wonder if they are the same staff on the Lloyds and Halifax/BOS switch lines.1
