    "7. Provide me a copy of the contract with the landowner under which they assert authority to bring the claim, as required by the IPC code of practice section B, clause 1.1"  As already mentioned PS 24 are BPA AoS members.

    Also the BPA CoP V7 is dated January 2018

    Unless your in a pilot scheme area getting a F2F is actually very easy , You just need certain wording on your N180 form  :)
